As an artisanal brand dedicated to the "One of One" philosophy, our items are treated as commissioned art pieces. Since our products are prepared specifically after an order is placed and are not kept in stock, the following exchange policy applies:

• Final Sale on Order Details: We regret that we cannot accept exchanges for issues related to sizing, color choices, or design selections once the order has been confirmed.
  
  
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's full responsibility to carefully cross-check the size chart and all order details (including measurements, color, and customizations) before submitting the order.
  
  
• No Exceptions: Because production starts immediately to create your unique item, we are unable to halt or alter the process, and exchanges for sizing errors cannot be accommodated.
  
  
• Quality Guarantee: Exchanges are only applicable if there is a verified defect in the craftsmanship or if the wrong item was shipped (which would be covered under a separate Quality Guarantee).

• Finality of Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully placed.

• Commitment to the Commission: When you purchase from oneofvarn, you are commissioning a unique piece of wearable art. Therefore, this commitment cannot be reversed or returned.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We'll assess the situation and do our best to resolve it.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
To ensure fairness for both you and us, an unboxing video is required for any return or damage claim.
